At the Florence Griswold Museum, beautiful displays don't stop in the galleries. The Museum Shop has its own collection of riches. It offers the finest selection of art books on the Connecticut shoreline as well as posters, postcards, and notecards displaying some of the best-loved images in American art. Also offered for sale are jewelry and fine crafts by artists inspired by the shapes and colors of the natural world much as the artists of the Lyme Art Colony were. Fine papers, pencils, oils and watercolors offer shoppers the possibility of sketching in the beautiful gardens and gentle marshes surrounding the Museum. Art books, toys and old-fashioned books for children make the Museum Shop complete.
