On June 10, 11, 12, 2011 a group of talented floral artists displayed the stunning arrangements that they created to interpret works of art. The floral interpretations in this first annual Blooms with a View play off the colors, line, shapes, and subject matter of the works that inspired them in masterful ways.
“The talented designers use elements from the artwork as a catalyst for their creativity,” states Jeff Andersen director of the Museum. “From the fanciful to the dramatic, the arrangements add another layer of depth and excitement to the works of art that inspired them.”
